Turkey and Lettuce Wrap

Hummus and veggies are a tasty addition to accompany turkey in the lettuce wrap.

  • 3 tbsps Hummus spread
  • 1/3 Cucumber - sliced lengthwise into a couple of spears
  • 2 Sundried tomato strips
  • 2 leaves Lettuce

  1. Spread the hummus on the turkey.
  2. Place cucumber and sun-dried tomato on top of hummus.
