  • 1/2 cup Blueberries
  • 1/4 cup Mandarin oranges canned - in water
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries
  • 2 tsps Mint leaves - (good for your stomach) to taste
  • 3 tbsps Slivered almonds
  • 3/4 cup 0%-Fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup 2% Milk
  • Touch of Stevia, optional

  1. Blend all ingredients.

Note:

  • This should fill you up for 4 hours easily. Use frozen, fresh, and canned fruits (in water). If you want it thicker, use ice; thinner water. Add just a touch of stevia if the fruit is a bit sour.
