  • 1 Orange sections
  • 6 oz Low-fat cottage cheese - (Nancy's low-fat Organic)
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dr. Sears' Zone Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsps Zoned Herb Dressing
