Really quick if precooked chicken is used, and you can enjoy hot or cold.
- 2 oz Skinless chicken breast - (or Perdue Short Cuts)
- 2 tbsp Guacamole
- 1/2 cup Salsa
- 1/4 cup Black beans, canned
- 2 cup Lettuce
- 1 tsp Dr. Sears' Zone Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1/2 cup Grapes
Total Fat 12g
- Bake chicken.
- Cut up and mix with other ingredients (except extra virgin olive oil and grapes). Microwave for two minutes.
- Drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
- Have grapes for dessert.
