This evening we boiled only a half a cup of Zone Pasta in a pot because we each had 6 prawns as additional protein. Added to a pan on low heat with the green prawns were a dash of wine, snow peas, shallots, red capsicum, a small amount of frozen peas, carrot and corn-mix seasoned with dried marjoram and thyme leaves, Himalayan salt and black pepper. Once cooked the drained, Zone Pasta was dispensed equally in the two bowls, and the prawns and vegetables placed over the Zone Pasta. A glass of dry white wine complemented the meal. Yum!
