Following the Zone Diet is healthier than other diets

My doctor never discussed diet with me because I am 5'4" and weighed 149lbs and looked physically fit. A friend of mine introduced me to the Zone Diet and gave me a couple of Dr. Sear's books to read. I have gone to Weight Watchers and even became a lifetime member only to gain the weight back, LA Weight Loss Program, liquid diet, Atkins Diet, you name it I have tried it. I have spent thousands of dollars trying to lose weight only to gain it back. Following the Zone Diet is so easy and healthier than any diet I have been on and I am losing weight slowly. I started exercising in Feb. 2007 and when I see people they are commenting on how healthy and great I look . Never heard this when following the other diets. I have gotten praise from my Mayo Clinic physicians and they asked where do you get a 4000mg fish oil tablet? I will be joining the friend who introduced me to the Zone Diet on Dr. Sear's Alaskan Cruise on Sept. 15th. Looking forward to wonderful Zone Cuisine and hear Dr. Sear's seminars. I feel healthier than I ever have and it shows. Thank-you to Dr. Sear's for changing my life.
