    I have bias against cereals it reminds me of cardboard.
    Zone cereal is first I like. It has excellent taste especially with blueberries, strawberries and yogurt. It also keeps me satisfied for several hours.

    It’s very tasty, but each box contains 2 servings max. Unfortunately, it is not easy on my sensitive stomach.

      Trini – It is correct that there is less in the box than traditional cereal, because Zone cereal is balanced with protein, carbs, and fat. Traditional cereals have excessive amounts of carbs. Example: Kellogg’s Mini Wheats = 46g. of carb per serving vs. Zone Cereal = 16g + more protein than the Mini Wheats. Consuming more carbs increases blood sugars and insulin levels.

      Try this: Follow the serving size on our cereal served w/ 2% milk and make note the time. You should receive at least 3 hours of good mental focus, physical energy and no hunger. If not, let us know. You might be surprised!

    This cereal is the best! Delicious treat and very filling. *Perfect* with blueberries, my favorite way to have this. Since I seem to be sensitive to grains ( too much will make me retain fluid) I limit myself to having this as a treat only once or twice a week, tops. Great low glycemic index as well. All pros and no cons to this.

    I love this cereal since it lets me grab my “morning blocks” and get out the door quick. I eat a 4 block breakfast so I add 1/2 cup of frozen blueberries and 1 cup of non-fat milk to 3/4 cup of this cereal. Perfect zone breakfast and it tastes good too! Thanks for your research Dr. Sears.

    The best there is for fiber and satiety. Eat a handful and skip a meal and still keep your blood chemistry in the zone. This is the best thing.. in the midst of the large manufacturers of cereal deciding to go back to the heavy sugar and less protein products.. Just goes to show that after dozens of years of the government telling us to eat lots of cereal…high glycemic carbohydrates for good health… they left out two words.. bad and obese.
    So it should read… eat lots of cereal and develop bad health and become obese.
    Go for it America and suffer diabetes and obesity… The government is always right….LOL
