  • 3/4 cup Beef broth
  • 2 cups Kale - chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic - crushed
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric
  • to taste Red pepper flakes
  • 1 1/2 tsps Dr. Sears’ Zone Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  1. Bring broth to a boil.
  2. Add Zone orzo and kale.
  3. Stir until broth is almost all absorbed, about 8 minutes.
  4. Cover and let rest for 4 minutes.
  5. Stir in garlic, turmeric, red pepper flakes and extra virgin olive oil.
