  • 1/4 cup Black beans canned - rinsed/drained
  • 2 Tbsp Onion - finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Yellow bell pepper - finely chopped
  • 1 Tbsp Fresh-squeezed lime juice
  • 1 1/2 tsp Dr. Sears’ Zone Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • to taste Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • to taste Salt & pepper
  • 4 Lettuce leaves

Instructions

  1. Cook Zone Orzo as directed and let cool.
  2. Meanwhile, combine beans, onion and pepper in a good-size bowl.
  3. Drizzle with lime juice and extra virgin olive oil.
  4. Toss with cooled pasta and cilantro and serve on a bed of lettuce.
