  • heaping 1/4 cup Zone PastaRx Orzo
  • 1 tsp Dr. Sears’ Zone Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup Asparagus, trimmed - cut into 1-1/2 inch pieces
  • 10 Cherry tomatoes - halved
  • 2 tbsp Olives - halved
  • 1 tbsp Grated parmesan

  1. Cook orzo as directed on package. Drain and set aside.
  2. Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat, heat oil.
  3. Add onion, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring until onion is tender.
  4. Add asparagus pieces; cook until asparagus just tender.
  5. Stir in orzo.
  6. Add tomatoes, olives and cheese.
  7. Cook, stirring until just heated through.
