  • 1/4 cup Zone PastaRx Orzo
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 Onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp Dried oregano
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • 1 cup Asparagus, trimmed - cut into 1-1/2 inch pieces
  • 10 Cherry tomatoes - halved
  • 2 Tbsp Olives - halved
  • 1 Tbsp Grated parmesan

Instructions

  1. Cook orzo as directed on package.
  2. Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat, heat oil.
  3. Add onion and asparagus pieces, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring until tender.
  4. Stir in orzo and tomatoes. Cook, stirring until just heated through.
  5. Top with olives and cheese.
