  • 1/2 cup Zone PastaRx Fusilli
  • 10 Cherry tomatoes - halved
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber - chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Red onion - chopped
  • 3 Olives - chopped
  • 1 oz Low-fat feta - crumbled
  • 1/2 tsp Dr. Sears’ Zone Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Fresh-squeezed lemon juice - juice of 1 lemon
  • to taste Oregano
  • to taste Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook Zone pasta as directed and let cool.
  2. Meanwhile, alve the cherry tomatoes and cut the cucumber, red onion and olives.
  3. Add to cooled pasta along with remaining ingredients.
