An easy to make pasta salad that works well for lunch or dinner.
- heaping 1/2 cup Zone PastaRx Fusilli
- 8 Cherry tomatoes - halved
- 1/2 cup Cucumber - chopped
- 3 Olives - chopped
- 1 oz Low-fat feta - crumbled
- 1/2 tsp Dr. Sears’ Zone Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 2 tbsps Fresh-squeezed lemon juice - juice of 1 lemon
- to taste Oregano
- to taste Black pepper
Total Fat 11g
- Cook Zone pasta as directed and let cool.
- Meanwhile, cut the tomato and cucumber into chunks.
- Add to cooled pasta along with remaining ingredients.
