  • 1/2 cup Zone PastaRx Fusilli
  • 1 1/2 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 3 Plum tomatoes - chopped
  • 3 Tbsp Cannellini beans, Bush's - rinsed/drained
  • to taste Basil
  • to taste Oregano
  • 1 Tbsp Parsley - chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp Grated Parmesan
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. Cook Zone PastaRx Fusilli as directed. Reserve 1/2 cup of liquid and drain.
  2. Meanwhile, heat olive oil and garlic in a medium saucepan.
  3. Add chopped tomatoes, beans and dried herbs.
  4. Add cooked fusilli and some of the reserved pasta liquid, stir to desired sauce consistency.
  5. Season with Parmesan, salt and pepper.
