I go to High School and i was wondering what a good Zone lunch is, that is easy to pack and can be kept in a locker for a couple hours.

You may not have a refrigerator, but you can buy an insulated lunch box to keep your lunch cool. Then, the sky is the limit. Do you have access to a microwave to heat up food? If so, then just pack up what you had for dinner the night before. Do your parents cook zone meals for you, or are you on your own at this? You could try doing some wraps with low carb tortilla wraps, you can use deli meat like turkey. And, you will need to add some carbs, so take along some fruit. Also, throw in some almonds for your fat. Hope these suggestions help. I don't know if you do your own meals or if someone cooks for you, and what you have available at school, so let me know and maybe we can come up with more ideas.
