    hey everyone, I'd be really glad if you could help me out with this. I really want to get started on the zone but am unsure which book is the best to start with. there was his original zone book somewhere about the house a few years ago but I'm sure there's probably an updated book by now. thanks Ava :wink:

It's a small paperback which can be found in most book stores. Also very good for a basic "how-to" approach with less emphasis on the science of the Zone, is "Zone Meals in Seconds" (not to be confused with "Zone Perfect Meals in Minutes" which is an older book and basically more of a recipe book).
