Hello, My mother is a stroke victim, and is a drug controlled type II diabetic. I'm wondering if I can find any suggestions or outlines within the Zone for her conditions as far as following the Zone with modifications (if necessary). Any suggestions would be appreciated. ATM, we're following the regular just for anyone zone diet as closely as we can. Thank you! :o

[color=darkred:0891399d29]Hi, Actually the "regular just for anyone Zone diet", as you described it was originally developed for diabetics and heart disease patients. Your mother would need no revisions other than the usual adjustments to eliminate hunger, if she finds it necessary.[/color:0891399d29]
