Hi there, My question doesn't really have anything to do with Zone diet itself but I would like to know whether others "suffer" from the same problem as I do; excessive sweating while exercising! I know it is a sign of being very fit, so no complaints on that one but it is a bit embarrassing as usually after a cardiovascular workout i am absolutely soaked. I look like I took a shower my clothes on! Is there anything one can do to help this? I doubt though... What about anyone else who might have the same problem, what sports clothes you use? For example Nike has Dri-Fit products that are supposed to breath very well, are they really good? Does anyone have any good experiences with other materials or sport clothes? My sports clothes are quite old already so I want to buy some new stuff before leaving China as they are also a bit cheaper here than in Europe. But still pricy enough so I definitely can't afford buying new things all the time and therefore would like to know whether anyone of you could recommed some good products for me (pants and tops). Any feedback will be greatly appreciated!!! :D Leena

Dear Leena, Yes, I would definitely reccomend that you use the new products, like clima fit and others. There is a big difference between these and cotton. I try to buy them when they are on sold. They dry very quickly, so you don't need to buy too much of them, since you can wash them and they are ready to fit again a few hours later. ciao Paola

My new Nike Dri-fit pants are AWESOME! Seriously, I could have never imagined that they would feel that comfortable! I highly recommed anyone investing on a bit pricy sports wear, it will definitely lift the enjoyment you get from sports to a new level! "sweatfree" regards from Leena

Careful with the Dri-FIT apparel........ that stuff will smell PUTRID after you sweat in it, but you will become desensitized before you notice.......
