Does anyone here use any of the 40-30-30 software on a regular basis? It was suggested to me that it makes converting favorite recipes and therefore the whole lifestyle change easier. Opinions? Thanks, Michelle

After only doing this since May of this year, I feel my wife and I both have a pretty good feel for it. \ The following, helps: We printed out a chart some one sent in the old forums which lists most foods into their respective categories. I printed it double-sided, I bought cheap clear shelf paper, and "laminated" both sides. We keep it "pinned" (magnetically) to the refrigerator, and if we have any doubt, we just look at it. Most foods we know by now.

It does not convert recipes automatically, but I have done all converting manually using this program. I find it very useful! Well, it takes some time but it is interesting. :D You can download it for free, and if you like it and want some extra functions (such as converting a recipe of 3 blocks into 4 blocks... ), you can purchase the licence (about 20$?). Maybe you were looking for something else? Hope you find it, Michelle... -Satu-
