Hi all~ Really quick. I was just wondering if anyone has attempted to look up GI and GL information on the web. When I look up GI information on the web it tends to match up fairly well with those found in my [i:209695a4e4]Top 100 Zone Foods[/i:209695a4e4]. The only conflict that arises is with that of GL! For example...one website has a kiwi listed as having a GI of 53. It lists the GL of the kiwi as 6GL per Serving (120g). How does this relate to the kiwi listed in my Top 100 Zone Food book, where 1 kiwi gives a 592GL. Please explain! Thanks!

So, you have to take the information from only one source, or else you are really comparing apples to oranges. Someone referred me to a website that I use on occasion, it has a large database of foods. http://www.glycemicindex.com/ .
