how can i increase my yield since when lowering my sessions of training (to stay in zone) I feel that it has diminished my resistance and it forces and gain weight. I am doing 45 minutes of fiur to six days per week, and lift weights and pilates (not all in same day). I am running (marathon) and my energy also has diminished.
