Okay, I'm new here and just looking for help from anyone who has a minute to answer. Here's what I've worked out for breakfast: 1/2 c. egg product, scrambled with some dried onion flakes in about 1 tsp of oil (3Fand 2P) 1 small turkey sausage, made from 99% fat free turkey (1P) 1/3 c. steel cut oats, measured after it's cooked, which has some sliced almonds in it (1C) 1 c. frozen raspberries (microwaved and with the oatmeal stirred in (2C). Two things I'm not sure of, and maybe someone will see more wrong with it. 1. I think I read that I shouldn't eat oatmeal more than twice a week, but I can't find it again. 2. I don't know how to figure the fat. Any help will be appreciated. Eve
