Yes! Isn't that cool!!!
And, it sure works for me. Except that I misplaced the darn thing, so I have to pick up another one. But, it sure was an eye-opener for me, as I didn't realize how few steps I was taking until I started to track it.
Last October, we had a "challenge" for employees to carry a pedometer or log # of minutes spent on walking--aerobic walking. I chose to watch the number of minutes, but I also tracked my steps. By the end of the first week I was reaching the 10,000 step goal. We called it "Walktober".
I took that idea a step further, and now we have a monthly thread on zonediet.com where we log in and report # of minutes spent on any aerobic/exercise activity. |

[color=darkred:79c4570d68]"Walktober", catchy name.
Your monthly log in sounds like a good way to help people who have a tough time staying motivated, to be a little more accountable and start moving around more.[/color:79c4570d68] |
