I tried to calculate how many blocks should I eat and I don't understand why when I enter the info in the calculator, I get for example Lean Body Mass (lbs) 92.92 Daily Protein Requirement (g):77 # of Blocks of Protein: 11 why??? I thought the lean body mass was the same as your daily protein requirement. It shouldn't be 92.92/7 = 13 blocks? HELP!!!!

If the result is less than 77g protein (11 blocks) then use 11 blocks, the minimum number of daily blocks that Dr. Sears recommends for an adult.[/color:e8aad410b7]
