hello, I started the zone just over two weeks ago and i have been on a 9 block a day regiment. My body fat is 16.54% My body fat weight is 19.55 My lean body mass is 95.45 I am a waitress and am running around a restaurant (up and down stairs) 4-5 days per week for anywhere from 4-8 hours a shift. I also do basic pilates as well as a total body ball workout 5-6 days per week. I am not sure where this lifestyle fits in on the scale for daily protein requirements. Any advise on this matter would be GREATLY appreciated. Sincerely, Crystal.

Dr. Sears always recommends a minimum of 11 protein blocks throughout the day for adults. ciao Paola
