Hey everybody, I'm a newbie here from a small town called Santa Ynez, Cali. It's about a half hour from Santa Barbara. Anyway, any central coat zoners out there? Also, after spending a week in the hospital with cardiac problems, I was recommended the Zone Diet by a cardiologist. So I bought the Zone meals in seconds book. Looks great but I need help in understanding what is meant by blocks as mentioned in the book, i.e. 4 (4-block) meals, or, block size. Any help would be a huge help. Thanks. Rich
