Hello ererybody. I am new in this forum but I find the subjects very interesting.
I would like to comment my zone experience with sport and I would really appreciate some clues...
I have always been slim (about 6, 2 feet and about 150 pounds) and I have been bodybuiding seriously for 3 years now. I have always eated "as much as I can" in order to gain weight and a year ago my fat mass was about 12% (of 150 pounds).
I started zoning six months ago and I am amazed: in total, I have lost 20 pounds, and now I weight 130 pounds with 6% of fat mass.
In fact, I feel good and I personally find I look greater than ever ("high muscle definition"...).
Nevertheless, when I have thought about this period slowly, I realise that, indeed, I have lost a lot of fat (10 pounds)... but also about 10 pounds of muscle!
Is that normal? Can I do something to regain muscle?
In fact, I have been mesuring what I eat with high precision, even weighing food, but I don't manage to gain lean mass. When I eat 1 or 2 extra blocks, I gain fat not muscle, even if I train 4 days a week with high intensity (heavy weights, no more than 40 minutes training, no more than 1 minute resting between sets...).
I feel confused, even if I never thought I could look so lean...
I would be very grateful to hear some experienced opinion about the fact.
