Well, by now your resting week is almost over but here is the answer anyways:
If you keep the same blocks for that week you should have no problems at all. Problems being an increase in body fat % and hormonal imbalance. It is usually when you have a regular activity level that is somewhat intense and then you change to a way more sedentary lifestyle for 2-3 weeks or more (because of injury, etc...) that you should consider lowering your blocks just enough to maintain LBM.
The most important is to maintain your LBM. So even if you did drop your daily blocks by 1 or 2 for that one week, it should not really affect your fat % or LBM and this could also be considered somewhat of a "cleanse" for your body as well. The following week when you start with your regular routine, you should be stronger than ever and back to your regular block requirement.
The short answer is you can do both without much fuss if it is really only one week.
