Hi, I am trying to eat by the Zone in order to have the best possible health. I have the books "Enter the Zone" and "Anti-Aging Zone" and have made a list of the favourable foods and printed it out to hang in my kitchen. The only bread I have been eating is Ezekiel bread, which is not made from flour but from sprouted whole grains -- 7 different kinds. It has a carbohydrate content of 14 grams per slice but 3 of these are fiber, so I guess I'd figure it at 11 grams per slice. Is it a favourable or unfavourable carb? I would like to stay mostly with favourable until I feel like I'm in the Zone, which I don't yet (nearly 2 weeks). I am tired, hungry, and crabby in the late afternoons particularly. Any comments would be appreciated! Eve.

Hi, It is unfavorable, as is all bread. Please refer to my reply to your other post about this in the other forum (either Weight Loss, or Cooking Tips, I can't remember which!). Sue :D
