Greetings All, I have one concern about the preparations of the Sears Lab Omega 3 gelatin capsules ? (or any other omega 3 capsule manufactured for that matter). The question is asked out of pure ignorance and I would appreciate it someone could enlighten me.Is heat / temp change involved when these omega 3 gelatin capsules are produced./ or when these products are shipped overseas ? How stable are these fatty acids. Are we not ending up with a product that has been destabilsed during preparation and transport , which would then make it a " potentially poisonous " oil to consume. Almost a type of Trans fatty Acid, which over the long run is deadly ? How stable are these Essential Fatty Acids ? What I also find interesting is what factors actually affect the bioavailability of omegas. How much of what we drink gets absorbed into the blood stream, but more importantly at the cell ? Thank You Oswald
