Would you find any food that are bringing you out of the zone? Even if they would be good for you? Could too much protein bring you out of the zone and increase cravings? I have started to add protein powder to my yogurt and I count is as a 2 block snack instead of 1 block snack, but I feel like it does not fill me up longer, and I think I am starting to get addicted to it? Could I stay better "in the zone" not using it?

Too much P as well as too much C can take you out of the Zone. Keep in mind protein powder is usually fat free so you'll have to add extra fat to make up for the missing fat (add one extra block of fat for each block of fat free protein). Some common fat free protein sources are protein powder, eggwhite, soy "meats", and fat free dairy. Make sure to eat only the amount of protein you require daily for you activity level to maintain your LBM.[/color:170d48c12e]
