I have been doing a lot of running on the treadmill and would like to incorporate some aerobic or step tapes. The problem is I bought a few and they don't seem to be very good. Does anyone have any tapes they can recommend that are decent?

I like the old step tapes by Reebok with Gin Miller the best. They range from pretty easy quite strenuous. I'm not sure if they're still sold, but are well worth searching out to see if you can find them. Even the on which came with my step , called "Original Step Reebok" is a good workout. You can make any step workout easy or really tough depending on which height you put the step and how strenuously you do the movements.[/color:c6c7486178]

I don't know too much about steps but I do have 2 workout cassettes from Kathy Smith, "weight loss workout" and "lift weight to loose weight". They are really good! She is really good at making you move a lot, increasing your heart rate and using most major muscle group using light weight and aerobics. You can find them at places like Wall Mart or Zeller's. Sometimes the moves are harder to do, especially her older cassettes, but I think she is great!
