My daughters love this one... The bad thing is the noise...
1/2 cup frozen grapes,
1 teaspon Peanut butter, or almond butter,
1 Tbsp. protein powder.
( I buy my grapes and freeze them, washing them and putting them on trays on my freezer)
Or you could do it with frozen strawberries, blend berries, and all kind of frozen fruits.
Put everything on a blender or a food processor, with little water,
Usually it doens't need to be more sweet, but If you do, I use for them concentrate fruit sweetener.
I am just not completely sure about the amount of fat for the parents in the zone... I think a teaspoon is 2F to compensate for the protein powder...
But I can tell you that It tastes delicious! I love it, and my girls do too!
( I use to do this without the nut butters or the protein, but I read another recipe from this Forum so I thought it might taste good to do it with the butter and protein since I tried the jelly smoothie recipe.. And like that you can make it one block.
