I think these sites need some one to monitor them on a daily bases. Answer questions that can be answered by them. I know I have looked for alot of things and cant find the answers and dont get any one to answer them. I do think Avatars are a good idea too for the people who wish to use them. Or may be come up with some one well experienced with the program and make an ask ??? them a question. Some one who will answer them back in a timely response.

Can any one tell me if their is a way or can we get the info one the like book corrections and all those catogories in a printable view so I dont have to go and write all the cut off words in or have to sit here with my book and make the corrections. Some times time is limited and I like to print them off and then go threw them when my children are asleep.

I tried to send an email over the weekend to "tech@drsears.com" because I was having problems logging on. I had the same problem again this morning, but was successful this second time. I would appreciate it if "tech@drsears.com" would let us know where to send email queries when we are having such problems. Below is a copy of the returned message. Thanks! Unfortunately, your mail was not delivered to the following address: <tech@drsears.com>: 12.104.5.90 does not like recipient. BTW, I have double and triple checked my user name and password, and I am entering it correctly. However, I saved my email with my activation code and use that, which also confirms I am using the correct user name and password for log-in. I then get a message that I have already activated my account and am able to log in. Any ideas why I cannot log in like a "normal" person? Thanks! I'm sending this email because when I tried to post the above message, I received the message that the user name was already taken. This happens frequently when I try to log in "normally" thru the home page. I had logged in successfully (I thought) as noted above (through my email activiation). Please help.
