You haven't mentioned whether or not you do any aerobic training. Without having that info, I figure your protein need to be about 16.5 blocks to prevent loss of LBM. Since your'e losing LBM on 16, I'd go with 18 for now. If you begin to gain fat with 18, cut back one block to 17. [/color:fcc4d55653]
