hi! I'm 6.ft and my lean body mass is 145lbs. i started zoning 3 months ago and lost 11 lbs ,I train heavy lifting 3 times a week ,I eat 16 block of protein a day and I'm concerned it is not enough since it looks like i am losing muscle gains. I'm relatively new in the zone( 4 months) .I would be happy if you can give me any advise?

Without having that info, I figure your protein need to be about 16.5 blocks to prevent loss of LBM. Since your'e losing LBM on 16, I'd go with 18 for now. If you begin to gain fat with 18, cut back one block to 17. [/color:fcc4d55653]

i do aerobics twice a week for an hour i multiplied my lbm with 0.8 if I'm correct it is 16.5 and i aim to build muscle so i think i will try 18 blocks as you recommended and we'll see i always had very fast metabolism ,so i guess it will have to be by trial and error. thanks
