I have 4 of Dr Sears books and I have noticed that their are different serving in one from another. Like on this site green beans are 1 1/2 cups in the enter the zone book it is 1 I have noticed quite a few. So how do we know what is the truth on the and what isnt. Can any one tell me This gets me confused. I have looked at the book corrections and I found alot of differences from one to the other.
