I have been an avid user of Soy, I use the soy milk and soy protein. Howver I recently came accross some article pointing out some dangers. Any thoughts or feed back on this here is a link http://www.mercola.com/1997/archive...ncerns.htm

Hi Jake, Let me preface my remarks by saying Dr. Sears has written a whole book about using soy in the Zone. But you asked for information or opinions. So Go here: http://www.westonaprice.org/soy/index.html Go here: http://www.soyonlineservice.co.nz/ Go here: http://thyroid.about.com/cs/soyinfo/a/soy.htm Go here: http://www.mercola.com/article/soy/index.htm Go here: http://www.gi.alaska.edu/ScienceForum/ASF8/856.html I personally don't and won't use it. I'll go hungry first. It being goitrogenic, with all it's implications, is all I need to know. With all due respect for Dr. Sears, this information may not have been available. Bob

Thanks very much for these links. I am 2 years on the Zone and eating soy milk and tofu every week since these 2 years ago in order to obtain some not animal protein. But now my last week eating soy!! Spread the word!

I had read in a fan Zone australian website that he was a little against The Soy Zone because of the danger of soy that the website owner had read before.

Soy is a lie! Now I have enough information about it, thanks!
