(I posted a similar topic last week, and it seems to have disappeared. Don't have a clue as to what happened to it, so will just try to remember what I said previously and re-post).

I have been participating in the Zone forums for many years, since sometime in 2004, I believe. I fully believe in the Zone and the lifestyle that we promote here. But, sometimes "saying" and "believing" it does not always make it happen. I have had my shares of ups and downs over the years. But, to be honest, even though I know the Zone backwards and forwards and have experienced the positive aspects of being in the Zone, there are times in which I have struggled to stay on the wagon. I used to think that it was all hormonal, but have come to realize that there is more of an emotional aspect to why I sometimes struggle.

So, I have decided to join a diet group locally. I won't divulge the name of the group or the diet plan. The diet plan is not a popular one, and the plan isn't really any specific plan at all, and so I feel that I should be able to eat in the Zone while participating in this class/group. The class meets weekly for 13 weeks and each week the focus is on a new behavior. So, each week, I would like to post what the class subject is, and then have discussion on how it is going.

I am hoping that there are others out there that are facing similar struggles, and would like to follow along each week with instituting new behaviors, with the idea that at the end of the 13 week session, we are integrating these learned behaviors into our daily lifestyle, thus making progress in the Zone.

If the topic of the week ends up being focused on nutrition, I will adapt the information so that it is relevant to the Zone.

So, if anyone wants to join in, feel free to post along with me. We can support each other, perhaps you can share what works for you, it might help someone else (even me!).

    Hi CC

I was going to respond to your original Lifestyle Changes topic but didn’t get the chance as it had disappeared. When I logged in today, read your new topic about the disappearance of the original topic and now see that that topic has been deleted!! I thought your first post was a very positive and inspiring one and it was a great read. I know you struggle with your weight as I do and thought it had some great ideas that you were sharing. I don’t remember seeing any links or email addresses etc that would have warranted the post being taken off the forums. There was no mention either of the name of the group that you were attending … I am very happy that you have found a group that will help you with your goals. I look forward to hearing your progress.

Very strange that it seems to be your posts that are periodically deleted from the forums.

Tech Support – can you please advise CC of the reason that her post was taken off the forums for our future reference.
