My docter is reccomending me to gain weight because im 4'9 and about 72 pounds. So I am starting to gain weight by eating more mono-
saturated fats. But if I eat like for example more peanuts wont that turn into saturated fat? And im not sure how much protein blocks to eat because the measurements for lean body mass confuse me. How much do you think i should eat??

Karen, probably 10 or 11 blocks with extra monounsaturated fat would be best. The people Iv'e worked with of your stature did well on both of those amounts. Maybe ech will have soem additional suggstions. Almonds would be a good fat choice, avocados and olive oil, too.

Yeah those kind of fats seem great, but I've tried eating like 2 protein blocks and I can barely keep my eyes open
by my second class in school. It is also maybe because I'm sedentary. I will try your advice with eating extra mono-
    unsaturated fats.

Try a 3P, 3C breakfast with double or triple the usual amount of fat blocks, and be sure to get plenty of sleep.

Is the 3p,3c to help me to gain weight? Because I want to know how much blocks I should be
eating once I don't need to gain weight anymore. I do feel a lot better when I eat one and a half
p,c and with the extra triple fat you recommended.

Karen, I'm glad you're feeling better. When you gain to the weight you would like to be, you'd keep eating the 3P, 3C meals and cut the fat back to 3F.

Update:I'm doing a lot better with more energy than before. I'm continuing with the 3p,3c and my docter
is liking my results of my weight. Also I am showing my younger sister how to eat with the zone. She
also needs to gain weight so she is doing the same thing.
