I was wanting to have some swedes into my meals for some variety and am trying to figure out how much is 1 block and whether it's an everyday or sometimes choice. Is anyone able to help with this?

Hi,
Swedes are rutabagas, basically a cross between a turnip and cabbage. It would be a favorable carbohydrate, 1 1/2 cups mashed would most likely be 1 block. Refer to turnips here:
