    Can somebody take a look at my normal diet? Any critique is helpful. I know I'm taking in alot of dairy products (milk and whey). Sometimes I don't take a protein shake for breakfast and I eat egg whites with vegetables.

    This is obviously not every day, but it's an average day.

    Meal 1- 7 a.m.
    20 oz whey protein
    8 oz milk
    1 apple
    handful of broccoli raw
    handful of cashews

    Meal 2- 10:30 a.m.
    16 oz milk
    1 cheesestick
    small handful of almonds

    Meal 3: 12:45 p.m.
    cup of whole grain rice
    5 oz chicken
    handful of almonds

    Meal 4: 3:30 p.m.
    20 oz whey protein
    8 oz milk
    handful cashews
    1 cup of cauliflower

    Meal 5 (Dinner)
    Varies but usually meets a 5 block balanced meal.

    Meal 6: 10:30 p.m.
    20 oz whey protein
    8 oz milk
    handful of cashews
    handful of vegetables

    Bryan, go for meals of lean protein the size and thickness of your palm, the rest of the plate overflowing with non-starchy veggies and a dash of monounsaturated fat.
