Hello,
I have recently started the zone diet and I have been calculating how many blocks I should be eating based on conversations with friends that have done zone/still do the zone diet. I am trying to use the body fat calculator to determine my own block requirements but I can't seem to get it to work! I am putting in all my information but when I press calculate, the page refreshes, basically. All the blocks just go back to being blank and I don't get a result for block requirements based on my stats.
As an active, athletically built female, I have been going off of 3 4-block meals and 1 2-block snack.
Help!
Thanks!
Danielle

I just used the calculator and it functioned properly.

Thanks for your input, i just tried that and I am still not having any luck. I might try from a different computer but I am not sure why it isn't working.
