I started the Zone recently. I can't have any dairy products, but enjoy Daiya Cheese occasionally. I was wondering if anyone has used it and how you count it?

Hi Michelle,
I just checked it online. One oz. of the cheddar flavor contains almost 5 F blocks and a bit less than 1 C block. Unfortunately the fats are not very Zone-friendly and the carbohydrate is unfavorable. This is a food to avoid. Use only in moderation.
