I have been on & off the zone for a year & a half. I have a large family & one of my struggles is cooking food that is satisfying to them & friendly to me. I have about 40 pounds to lose before I will be satisfied with my weight. That number would also put me at 22% body fat..

My husband was great for a while about being an accountability partner. He will loosely stick to the program but not as strict as I need to.

I am looking to both have an accountability partner & be an accountability partner to others. I have lost 10% body fat & 10 pounds but need to really get serious about this. I work out 4-6 days per week & eat healthy most of the time but not Zone all the time...

You might want to post more details to clarify exactly what you are looking for.
    You can use these forums.
However, if you are looking for more of an individual, then clarify what you are looking for or what you might think you need:
An online or local person who might be in your area,
To contact in person, or by e-mail,
    etc.

    Thanks!
1). someone to be in daily, every other day, or weekly contact with, etc.. via email to discuss sticking to lifestyle, etc..
2). I live in a remote area so, chances are not good that I will find immediate support here..
3). someone to "talk me down" if I am tempted to venture outside the zone...(sugary foods, chips, etc..)... & to be support for someone if they are tempted or feeling like eating junk...
4). someone to be accountable to for diet, measuring, etc...

Kristi, you can do that right here if you like.

My tip, the best way to succeed with the Zone is not to get too caught up in measuring. Zone At-a-Glance works great. It's the way I lost 100 pounds and have kept it off, for over 15 years. You can read more about it here http://www.zonediet.com/tools/zone-classic

And, don't forget your fish oil and polyphenols; lowering inflammation is key to losing weight and improving health.

Lost 100 lbs 18 yrs ago, off BP meds, thanks to the Zone diet and Zone fish oil.

Kristi, your best bet is to post it in the forums, and someone will jump in.

Unfortunately, the forum moderators do not allow us to exchange email addresses any longer, I would love to be your email buddy but if either of us posts an email address, the moderators will delete it.

I have been incredibly busy and the forums has not been on my list of daily sites to visit, but I would like to change that and get back in the habit.
