If my protein powder has 25 grams of protein per scoop 0 carbs and 0 fat..I would have to add 3B of Fat or 9grams and 3B of carbs to make it a complete meal? Pretty new to this and on the food list it shows Protein powder as 1 protein and I am confused? Or can I just do one scoop and add 1B of fat and 1B of carb?

1 block protein is 7 grams.
so 25 grams is (correct) 3 blocks of Protein.
SO, YES, you would add 9 grams Fat & 3 blocks (27 rams) Carbs.

Deb, John is right.
I believe that the Zone Protein Powder has a smaller scoop, therefore is 1 block of protein per scoop, but most other protein powders are closer to 3 blocks per scoop.
