So I am new to the Zone. I made this Zone Chili today... Loved it. Not sure how to count it for blocks. The recipe says it's an 8 block meal. What does that mean? Help please. This block stuff is confusing and I don't know why. Paradise |

IF the recipe states that the entire recipe is 8 blocks, then there are 8 blocks each of Protein, Carbs, and Fat. (Or 8 Zone servings, if you prefer...) So, for a 4 block meal divide in half.

Just think of a Zone block as a Zone serving. ONE zone serving (a Zone Block) is: 7 grams Protein, 9 grams Carbs, & 3 grams Fat. So, a 4 block (4 serving) meal is: 28 grams Protein, 36 grams Carbs, and 12 grams (Healthy) Fat. . Easier, now?
