Here is what I found (but not yet tried): . . Ingredients Chop 1 head cauliflower into small florets 1 tablespoon olive oil 1/2 teaspoon sea salt or garlic salt 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese . Directions Place cauliflower in a greased 15-in. x 10-in. x 1-in. baking pan. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle with salt; toss to coat. Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 15-18 minutes or until tender, stirring once. Sprinkle on the cheese. . Yield: 4 servings. 1 serving: 3/4 cup equals 11 g carbohydrate minus 5 g fiber equals 6 g carbohydrate.
