Hey guys. I've just recently got my crossfit level 1 trainers certificate. On the course they scratched the surface regarding the zone diet! The past few weeks I've been eating as close to the zone as I can! I'm looking to make up shakes to bring to work with me, one for my morning snack an one for my afternoon snack! I'm trying to get 25 blocks in per day but struggling with the snacks! I train twice a day 6 days per week, morning an night! Does anyone have any ideas for some good smoothies that I could make up? Any help will be much appreciated.. Cheers

Jon, I'm pretty sure Zone Labs ships to the UK. For more info click on the International Customers link at the bottom of this page.

Jon, I make a delicious smoothie every day, and it requires NO supplements.
I use:
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup cottage cheese
2 tsp olive oil
For me, it works out perfectly, but since it is a little low in carb, then you can go up to 2 cups of strawberries. This is a 3-block serving.
