Hi, Im new to the zone diet, and confused about my protien block number. Here's what I have:
Body fat: 33%
Fat mass: 44 lbs
Lean body mass: 90 lbs
activity factor: 0.5
Protein prescription: 45 grams / 7 grams = 6.4 protien blocks per day.
Is this correct? Also, how do I break this up through my day?
Being a full time college student, and late night eating, I have put on about 17 lbs in three years. :(
