Here's my food for today. It's approximately a 13 block day.
Breakfast: smoothie made with frozen mixed berries, frozen cherries, Zone protein powder, Zone olive oil, turmeric, cinnamon, plain yogurt, and little bit of unsweetened low-carbohydrate soy milk.
Lunch: tuna (from a can), small amount of raspberries, a few apple slices, almonds, and lots of tomato wedges with fresh made guacamole (use a fork to mash avocado with garlic powder, sea salt and fresh squeezed lime juice).
Mid afternoon snack: Zone cookie
Dinner: wild salmon with salsa, cauliflower and guacamole (I bought a lot of avocados this week!)
Evening snack: plain fat-free yogurt mixed with peanut butter
Other: 2 capsules Eico Rx, 2 capsules Zone Polyphenols XT (Maqui, good stuff!), and about 4-5 oz of Sea Health Plus throughout the day.
