Ok to eat raw eggplants while travelling?

e.g., have an eggplant with me, eat whey protein powder, cut up eggplant and eat it?
Raw eggplant that is.

Sure. I like it better cooked but it's fine to eat.

It is fine to eat it raw, if you want. I tend to eat a few chunks of it raw when I am preparing it.

There is nothing raw in eating raw eggplants. Sometimes its good because it is something crunchy. but we need to be sure we wash it thoroughly first.

Sometimes it is better to eat a certain vegetable raw though cooking them is good at the same time. It depends on our taste
