does anyone know how edamame is counted? i cant find it in any of my books. thanks

Katie, I don't know off hand, but you could go by the nutritional label on the package or google it. 1 C block contains 9 g carbohydrate. If there's a significant amount of fiber in it subtract the total fiber from the total carbohydrate before determining C blocks.
